Andrea Neil is an Ethical Leadership and Performance Strategist, a former captain and assistant coach of Canada’s Women’s National Soccer Team, and a multi–Hall of Fame inductee. She is the founder of The Compass of Leadership, a framework through which she collaborates with organizations in sport, education, and business to align performance with values and to foster cultures rooted in trust and care.

Andrea has testified twice before the Canadian Parliament on the Safe Sport crisis, amplifying the voices of athletes and staff who have been harmed by systemic failures, and continues to advocate nationally and internationally for survivor-centred reform. She is also a TEDx speaker, exploring how domination paradigms distort leadership and how transformation is possible when care, accountability, and courage lead the way.
